2014 Winter line

In this time of torrential inner storm and long overdue upheaval, I am turning towards the dawn and asking what it needs to rise. Every time we turn towards ourselves in winter, we make strides in our healing. There is both sadness and hope brewing. Can you feel it? What do we need to enter this winter together? What is going to help us fight alongside each other? What is going to make it feel more like a life then a struggle? The answer I keep getting is to work with the pain of shedding. Shedding for good. I am asking what my colleagues, comrades, clients and friends could use during this time.

It’s the winter, and we need each other. We face our families, capitalism, institutionalized oppression, all glaring, as does the full moon on the darkest night of the year. We face our health and our bones, unable to shake the cold. We need each other.

So, in the midst of the hoopla, I am offering a few select winter formulas. In strength and solidarity.
